Phone Consultation

The first step for our small projects is the phone consultation. You can either book this through our website, social media, Google or call us directly. Before the phone call, send us photos of the current areas as well as any inspiration photos. During our phone call, we will discuss further details, schedule an on-site consultation and any other questions, concerns or issues you would like to discuss. 

On-Site Consultation

Next, we will have an on-site consultation where our team will head out to your property and assess what all needs to be done. This will also help us determine the estimate and schedule. You may also tell us anything else you would like for the project. 


Once all the details are set, we will send you an estimate and wait for your approval. After we receive your approval and deposit, we will purchase materials and provide you with installation dates. Small project services can take 1 to 3 days. Once everything is squared away, our team will get to work. We will provide you with ‘on the way’ messages, updates and other information during your project. 

Follow Up

After the work is completed, our project manager will walk through the house with you to make sure everything is up to par. If any corrections need to be made, we will get that scheduled and started. Once that is complete, our customer experience coordinator will follow up several times over the next year to make sure everything is still working as planned.


Valor Home Services provides a 3-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee on any of our services. This guarantee covers labor only, which means we will fix the area if the damage is caused by our craftsmanship. For example, a piece falling off or a board is loose. If you break the area or the product is not up to your liking, we will not cover it. Any materials or products used in the project may have additional warranties but vary depending on the store and manufacturer.
