The first step is to send us pictures of your space. This helps us to be able to see what you’re seeing so we know how to better help you!
Step 2: Phone Consultation
The second step is to have a phone consultation. We’re going to have an open, honest conversation. We’ll discuss your project, what stuff costs, and see if we’re a good fit for each other!
Step 3: At Home Consultation
The at home consultation is our time to meet face to face and go over your project and make any material selections. We do this to make sure that there is nothing that might inhibit the project we discussed over the phone!
Step 4: Estimate Approved & Deposit Received
The client reviews the estimate, approves in person or digitally. Our office will generate the deposit invoice and send it to the client. Once deposit is received all materials are order and project installation dates are provided.
Step 5: Your new space is ready to enjoy!
Many projects are completed in 1-5 days. We will always clean the area before leaving and you will always know the arrival time the next day if required. Our Customer Experience Coordinator will contact you within 5 days to schedule a final walkthrough and make sure we have delivered a WOW EXPERIENCE!
