Here’s exactly how we take you from idea to finished project.
Step 1: Book a Discovery Call
We start with a free Discovery Call to talk through your goals, budget range, and timing to see if your project is a good fit for Valor.
Step 2: On‑Site Planning Visit ($250)
If it’s a fit, we schedule a $250 On‑Site Planning Visit (credited toward your project). We walk the space with you and our trades, confirm scope, talk layout options, and help you make key selections so we can price the real project, not a guess.
Step 3 – Price Promise Proposal
Once your key selections are complete, we prepare your Valor Price Promise Proposal: a detailed, fixed price based on your agreed design, scope, and finishes. For most kitchen, bath, and basement projects, you receive this within 10 business days of your Planning Visit and final selections.
Step 4 – Your new space is ready to enjoy
After you approve the Price Promise Proposal, we handle permits, schedule trades, and build your project with our On‑Time, On‑Budget, Zero‑Defects promise. We keep you updated, protect your home daily, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is right.
How Quick Fix Handyman Fits In
- You share your punch list and photos so we can confirm Quick Fix is the right fit.
- You reserve a 4‑hour or 8‑hour Quick Fix time block (or an Express option for priority scheduling).
- Our 2‑person crew arrives on time, reviews priorities with you, works through as much as possible in the time block, and walks the job with you before they leave.
